From the winemaker
Grown in our vineyards close to the sea in the Epanomi region, we carefully select the grapes for our flagship Sauvignon. Two-thirds of the fermentation takes place in stainless steel, after which the wine is transferred with its fine lees to our 300L oak barrels to complete fermentation, where it is lightly stirred for 4 months.
We sell wine only to people aged 18 or over. Please enjoy responsibly.
