From the winemaker
Our all-rounder Malvasia Aromatica di Candia, found neglected between housing plots — once renourished and irrigated, we got to enjoy the literal fruits of our labour. Carefully selected, pressed and fermented in stainless steel with 4 months of tank maturation on the fine lees, it is one of the most aromatic and resilient varieties we have encountered. We look forward to planting more of it.
