We close the season with what many — and most lists, frankly — consider the greatest sequel ever made, and a serious contender for the greatest American film, period. Coppola's twin narrative weaves young Vito's rise in turn-of-the-century New York with Michael's slow corrosion in 1950s Nevada and Cuba, and somehow holds both threads in a single, unbroken tragic arc. At nearly three and a half hours, it is a long night. It is also a perfect one. The right way to put the season to bed.

Screened in the original language with Greek subtitles, outdoors under the stars at Domaine Florian. Seating is at tables throughout the evening for wine and food during the film. Domaine Experience guests: please arrive 45 minutes before the screening for your cellar and vineyard tour.
