From the winemaker
Grown in our Epanomi fields, situated close to the sea, which provides an excellent microclimate for their organic growth and development. In the first week of August we begin the harvest. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, resting on the fine lees for 6 months before bottling.
We sell wine only to people aged 18 or over. Please enjoy responsibly.
