From the winemaker
Easy to grow yet difficult to maintain organically in the Epanomi region due to high humidity. Through meticulous pruning and vineyard cultivation, we ensure enduring grape quality — a commitment that earned us organic certification for this field in 2024. These are the first grapes harvested for our Chardonnays, collected in the early hours of the day, ensuring a rich aroma with high acidity for a smooth, full-bodied summer white.
